Veneers

Veneers

Veneers are thin slivers of porcelain, which are permanently bonded to the front surface of the teeth. They can be used to change the shape, size and colour of the teeth with little or no need for tooth filing involved. Veneers can look really beautiful and natural and last for 10 – 15 years. We can also build up teeth using a composite resin (white filling material) with a process known as composite bonding. This is usually completed in one visit and will transform your smile instantly. This material doesn’t last as long as porcelain but will look good for 6 – 8 years.
Single Tooth Replacement

Single Tooth Replacement

Implants can be placed into the jaw bone in a number of ways for tooth replacement. Traditionally the implant is positioned after a tooth has been extracted and the socket has fully healed. The implant is left to heal under the gum for a period of three to four months after which it is uncovered, a post attached and the final porcelain crown made in much the same way as if it were a normal tooth.
