About the Business
We always try to see patients at the appointed time. If you are kept waiting there is a good reason and your patience is always appreciated. If you need to cancel an appointment we require 24 hours notice to enable us to make alternative arrangements, perhaps to see somebody who is in pain. There may be a charge for short notice cancellations or missed appointments.
Our surgeries and waiting areas have been equipped to create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere in which to treat you. We are always happy to hear any comments or suggestions which you have that may help others.
