We care, we genuinely know how difficult it is to make time to come to the dentist, how uncomfortable treatment can be and how frustrating it is to be asked questions when you can't answer back! We have a dedicated customer service team to ensure that your visits to the dentist are as pleasant and as comfortable as possible. The 119 customer service team will send text messages or call to remind you of your appointments in advance as well as sending you a letter or text message to remind you of your next hygienist or check up visit.
