Dental health review:
The Dental Health Review is an annual, comprehensive appraisal of your dental health. With mouth cancer killing around 5000 people each year in the UK, and early detection and treatment considerably increasing survival chances, regular dental visits are highly recommended.
The 45-minute consultation includes a review of your medical history, a discussion of your dental health and any concerns regarding your teeth and smile, before the dentist commences his systematic ‘Mouth Map’ appraisal. An assessment of the health of your gums, cheeks, tongue, lips and teeth is followed by an evaluation of any previous dental work to ensure it continues to fulfil its purpose.
On completion of the review we score your overall dental health and propose a treatment programme that ensures problems are corrected and dental health is maintained.
