About the Business
The Lodge Dental Practice was established in the early 1940s. Tim Earl took over the practice in May 1999, since then the practice has become the first in England to be accepted on the BDA Good Practice Scheme, recently being awarded Gold membership status. Tim was also part of the development team for the Denplan Excel Programme. Such accreditation schemes guarantee high quality, affordable dentistry which is practiced in a professional and caring environment.
Access to the surgery is via a number of steps into a Georgian building, and we regret that there is no separate access for wheelchairs. We do however offer home visits for simple treatment and can offer a referral service for more specialist care.
We are very aware that most people do not like visiting the dentist. With this in mind we have created a practice which is warm and welcoming and unlike most practices you will see. Firstly it does not smell like a dental surgery.
